My Story
As a collegiate athlete, I had every resource.
As a collegiate athlete, I had every resource — coaches, nutritionists, trainers, an entire system built around keeping me performing. I showed up and the system took care of the rest.
And then sport ended. And I was on my own for the first time.
I had the knowledge. But knowing and actually doing it — consistently, in the middle of a real job and real life — turned out to be a completely different challenge. That gap between knowing and doing became my obsession.
I immersed myself in the science of habit formation, determined to figure out what actually works in real life. I built my own habits from the ground up. And slowly, I stopped performing wellness and started living it.
Today healthy habits are simply part of who I am — not something I have to think about.
